As a family business we take our reputation very seriously and our Directors personally ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations. A senior decision maker is always on hand to resolve any issues to our customer's satisfaction. We offer a high degree of flexibility and pride ourselves on not having to say no.

  • Lead Times – from order to delivery is commonly less than 5 working days and typically on 2 or 3. Emergency orders can sometimes be accommodated within just 24hrs.
  • Technical Support – our team of technical experts are always on hand to provide advice and to work with customers on product development.
  • Materials Stockholding – we carry a wide range of the most popular grades and sizes of steel coil in stock for immediate production.
  • Free Issue Materials – we recognise that many of our larger customers already bulk buy materials for their own use and that they may wish to purchase materials directly and then issue to us. We make no charges for using customers own materials if they are supplied on a JIT basis.
  • Sales & Marketing – we believe that our customers value being kept informed about what is happening at PPP and in discussing their business with us for mutual benefit. Our sales team are on hand to discuss on the telephone or to meet in person all our customers.
  • Factory Visits – we are rightly proud of our factory and office facilities in Warwick and extend and open invitation to all existing and prospective customers to visit us.
