A key benefit of Pickering Perforated Products many years of manufacturing and wide product and market experience, is our vast stock of perforating tooling, tube and sub-assembly tools and jigs along with the software programming to operate them to maximum efficiency.

This means that for all popular and even quite rare applications we are able to offer either a low cost or zero cost tooling solution.

The same extensive capability also means that when undertaking product development with customers, we are frequently able to utilise existing tooling to produce prototypes and pre-production samples.

This includes a huge range of high speed tooling for our latest presses covering the majority of available patterns and hole diameters.
